Very good, I think if you want to learn swimiming quietly maybe with your mum and dad this is a good place to go or even if you want to train
Pay as you go entrance is quite different from monthly direct debit. Not very nice changing area for pay as you go, but I heard the other one is much nicer if u pay monthly. The pool itself is nice and warm. People there are friendly.

Too good to be true: There is nice music playing. Lots of cardio machines with TV. A calm yoga area. A water fountain. A small but almost complete weight training area (you wait for the squat rack 99% of the time). A multi-functional cable machine. Overall, very well built gym. Except that they have only a smith machine and a squat rack but not power rack, which is really a let down, and the reason I wouldn't recommend it for strength training purposes.
This sports centre has a nice and descent set up. There are varieties of sports recreational activities. We use this centre for kids swimming, tennis lessons. It has a cafe which serves good food. Kids parties are also arranged at this place at reasonable prices.

A good range of beauty services, gym and restaurant. They are training facilities so expect variable service, but variable in a good way. You can see the students are trying their best under the instruction of their tutors. They are on a journey in their learning and it's a privilege to be a part of it to help them. I find the services are top quality and it is exceptional value for money, you just might have to be very clear in your description of what you are wanting. Would highly recommend.
We came here for our Christmas meal. The catering staff were excellent and dealt with a group of 50 very efficiently. The food is of an excellent standard, too.
